If you want to record a podcast in Chiang Mai, you have three real options: do it at home, rent an empty room and bring your own gear, or book a dedicated studio that already has everything set up. Here is an honest look at each, and who each one suits.

Option 1: Record at home

The cheapest way to start. A quiet room, a decent mic and a bit of software will get you posting. It is the right choice when you are testing whether you will stick with a show and you are happy to do your own setup and editing.
